Thomas Donohue has over twenty years experience in senior management roles in consumer, business to business and industrial organisations. Thomas has developed and managed strategy, marketing and new product development in a range of industries including fast moving consumer goods, consumer electronics, education, business machines, services and industrial products. He has worked with a wide variety of organisations including Bass, Epson, Ricoh, ICL, Computacraft, Bundaberg Sugar, The Leadership Factor, MM Cables, Fastnet and the University of Western Sydney. He has an MBA, Post Graduate Certificate in Management, Marketing Diploma and an Honours Degree in Economics. Thomas is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute (FAMI), a Certified Practising Marketer, and a Board Adviser to Eighteen04 (an incubator and co-working space for CleanTech and SmartCity startups).
Andrew Steel has over twenty years experience in both the public and private sectors managing finance, projects and programs within SMEs or autonomous sections within larger entities. Andrew’s career includes over a range of finance and accounting positions culminating in five years as Chief Financial Officer for the Australasian subsidiary of a large global publishing company. More recently he has held a number of roles in NSW Education Infrastructure, including over five years as Manager of the busy and sensitive Northern Sydney region. This role included management of capital works and maintenance programs in 167 Schools and 6 TAFE campuses. He has a Bachelor of Laws, an Accounting Certificate and a Diploma of Project Management. Andrew is a Fellow of the National Institute of Accountants (FNIA)
